Lessons may start during the advanced class if there are sufficient instructors.
Lessons will be held every 2 weeks in the first instance. Sparring instructors and Classroom assistants may be taught separately after the initial classes, depending on how many of each we have.

To say that Helen Andus Norman lives and breathes Taekwondo is not an overstatement. She describes it as ‘her passion and her life’. Helen gained her black belt in 2015 and became an instructor the same year. She trains hard, competes relentlessly and successfully, runs 3 TKD Clubs: Coleshill TKD, Balsall Common TKD and Solihull Tigers, teaching 20 classes per week and is a member of the TAGB England Squad. Helen has won 96 medals and 18 trophies in competitions over the last 12 years and won 3 ‘Best in Grading’ awards. Amongst these medals/trophies are 28 1st place finishes! She notes her most notable recent titles are: 2 x Lincs Champion (Patterns and Sparring) 2 x Midlands Champion (Patterns) 4 x North Midlands Champion (All round Exec Event - Patterns, Sparring, Power) 1 x English Champion (Patterns) 3 x Welsh Champion (Patterns, Sparring, and Power Strike) 3 x Scottish Champion (Patterns and Sparring) 2 x British Champion (Patterns and Power Strike).
